Challenge 4: Diversity is key

It’s important that as a young leader, you can recognise when someone is upset and act on it.


Read the situation below. This will give you a scenario where someone may be excluded. It’s then your job to think of two things. The first is the potential emotions that the young person is feeling - are they upset? Frustrated? 


Once you’ve done this, you need to think of potential solutions to stop the young person feeling like this.
