Session 3: All about behaviour

What's it all about?!
Now that you've mastered games and you're well on your way, it's time to think about the different behaviours of young people. You'll find out what 'good' behaviour is and how to encourage it, as well as what challenging behaviour is and how to deal with it.

It's not all plain sailing And so you'll see some dramatic mock-up examples of challenging behaviour and you'll find out how to manage the situation and take the lead as a young leader. You'll also discuss why some young people behave badly and how much leaders' behaviour has an impact on young people. It's all about smiles, tantrums and rewards tonight.
