Safeguarding Update NOW FULL!

The Scout Association prides itself in its training and quality assurance that supports adult volunteers.

Adults must keep a valid Safeguarding Certificate as a condition of their appointment in Scouting. If you've undertaken NSPCC Keeping Children Safe within the last 5 years, then you're covered. If not, then all adults must undertake a Safeguarding Update.

Our district run two of these updates each year.

The next one takes place on Wednesday 8th June at 1st Houghton HQ starting at 7.00pm, finishes at 9.00pm. This update is free of charge. Please book by completing the form to confirm your place.

When: Wednesday 8th June 2011, 7 - 9.00pm
Where: 1st Houghton HQ, The Quarry, Houghton-le-Spring (MAP)
Wear: Non Uniform.
