The district executive have been focussing significant time and effort over the past 2 years on developing and growing the district.

Through the work of our development officer growth and development has most certainly been high on the agenda and in many groups the 'growth mindset' is reaping rewards. What is clear, is that to grow a section, group or unit requires a whole-system growth mindset. There is no 'quick win' and we have real experience in developing a successful growth model. Here are some reflections, challenges and ideas, written to challenge adults in the district to develop their own 'growth mindset'.
